The charming "Mosman Bay Loft" is spacious, bright, and comfortable, with beautiful water views. It is located in a relaxed corner of Sydney harbour, with the city just a quick and easy (not to mention and stunning) ferry ride away.
Mosman Bay Loft is built in the Federation style of architecture, and as such has features such as high ornate ceilings, bay windows and stained glass.

Mosman Bay Loft is non-smoking accommodation.
Fully set-up kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger and all the cutlery, crockery, glasses, pots and pans you’ll need to self-cater.

On our arrival, we were amazed by the view and facilities provided at the Mosman Bay Loft.
On meeting Jane shortly after our arrival, it was like meeting an old friend and she could not have made us feel more welcome.
The information booklet, provided by Jane & Anna, was excellent and allowed us to plan our daily activities/visits perfectly.
Further, prior to our arrival, we were kept updated by Jane on e-mail, along with detailed Loft address information, which made our transport from the airport, by taxi, very easy.
Eileen and I will certainly have no hesitation in recommending the Mosman Bay Loft to all our friends at home in the UK and here in Australia.
Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

My parents and I stayed at Jane and Anna's perfect Mosman Bay Loft. The description of the Loft is absolutely accurate - but it still exceeded our expectations. The apartment was immaculate and everything had been considered, including a lovely bar of soap with a personalised note. Jane warmly welcomed us on arrival and gave us some great local tips on where to eat, and then we had absolute privacy for the rest of our stay. The views are stunning and the Loft is light, airy and extremely comfortable. Couldn't recommend it higher! Thank you Jane and Anna.

This was our first AirBNB stay and thanks to Jane and Anna it couldn't have been any better. The location was just perfect for short trips to the city via ferry, and the vista's from the apartment were memorable. The apartment was clean and very comfortable for two adults and we had a third person stay for one evening. It was a beautiful, quiet location which I would have no hesitation recommending to anyone looking for a quality location on Sydney harbour.
We were provided with basics like tea and coffee and they were thoughtful enough to leave a small gift of special fragrant soap.
Thank you both for providing such wonderful accommodation.

Jane's loft is a wonderful place! If you're going to Sydney - this is the spot! Mosman Bay is a beautiful little place close to the city centre, Taronga Zoo and every time you're going somewhere, you get a wonderful trip with the ferry. Jane and Anna were such wonderful hosts and they've been super professional from the start! They fixed so that a high chair was available for our baby and our 3-year old was in heaven when Jane left a whole bucket with toys for us to borrow! Everything you need is in the loft and the view from it is beautiful. Don't look any further, this is your place!

We loved our stay at Mosman Bay Loft. Jane and her daughter Anna were friendly, helpful and communicative and provided us with great information before our arrival. The loft apartment itself is beautifully decorated and has a really lovely feel. Jane has prepared a comprehensive guide full of tips based on local knowledge.
The view across Mosman Bay to the North Sydney skyline is quite special and so are the sounds of the Rainbow Lorikeets outside. We found parking on the street to be very easy and it is only a couple of minutes on foot down to the ferry. Mosman Rowers for breakfast/brunch at the weekend is less than 10 minutes walk and is a real Sydney secret (have never understood why it's not busier which its great prices and location). You can in fact walk along the harbour path all the way to Neutral Bay.
We would love to stay here again on future trips to Sydney.

Beautiful loft, just as advertised, bright and cheery. The loft is very spacious and comfortable with fabulous views from the windows over the bay. We opened the windows for a cooling breeze in the evenings. The main bed is very comfortable with soft linens.
The bath and shower were very nice and we appreciated the added amenities of shampoo and designer soap (with a very nice welcoming note!).
The second single bedroom is a walk through to the bath and shower, and provides a large closet for clothes and storage. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need for a longer stay.
Our biggest regret of the trip is not being able to stay longer at the loft in very beautiful Mosman!
Thank you, Jane, you were a wonderful host.

Jane is one of the very best hosts we have ever met through Airbnb. Jane met us at the South Mosman wharf to help us with the luggage up to The Loft because her local wharf, Mosman, was closed temporarily. She is a very kind and thoughtful person.
We would love to stay in 'The Loft' again when visiting Sydney again. The ferry is such a scenic and relaxing way to travel past the beautiful Sydney Opera House to Circular Quay, 'The Rocks' and central Sydney. Jane's neighbourhood is very peaceful and safe. We enjoyed our exercise walking the hills to and from the ferry and the shops. We had marvellous coffee and sandwiches at 'Counting Sheep' cafe (10 minute walk) and celebrated a very special event at 'Four Frogs Créperie' (about 20 minutes walking)! There are buses and taxis arrive quickly, if necessary.
The Loft has very comfortable beds and a darling little, very functional, kitchen. We felt very much at home in The Loft and highly recommend it. If you don't mind walking, a car is not necessary. Jane responded to requests quickly and nothing was a ever too difficult. Enjoy Mosman and the beautiful views!

A Memorable Stay, Wonderful Host, and Breathtaking Setting!
My husband, myself and our 11 year old daughter stayed in the Loft for 4 nights in July, and we couldn't have been happier with it.
Communication with Jane was quick and friendly; she emailed us great directions and pre-arrival we knew what to expect. The charming flat is everything advertised and more. Very private, and spacious, with our own secure entrance. We met Jane when we arrived, who is as lovely as her home.
Mosman is breathtakingly beautiful. We did some harbour walks, and took the ferry ride to the city a few times, which in itself is a lovely way to see the sights. We had a car, and found no problem getting a park on the street. With the ferry so close, the car wasn't really needed though.
The flat is charming with high ceilings and lots of period detail. A massive bay window overlooks palm trees and boats in Mosman Bay and is just magical. Lovely eclectic decor, crisp bed linens, and ample fluffy white towels. There were thoughtful touches like books on Sydney, and Mosman, lovely artworks, fresh milk in the fridge, beautiful toiletries. Even a washing machine in the little bathroom, which we did use. Its very handy having a full kitchen, which had all the necessities. If only we had stayed a bit longer to use it!
Staying at Jane's, its so easy to fall in love with Sydeny, and we did.
Thanks Jane for a memorable stay. We will certainly return.

We stayed here for two nights with our two young boys and it was great. Jane was very friendly and welcoming, and had really gone the extra mile to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Everything was very clean and well set up with crisp fresh linen on the beds and piles of fluffy white towels in the bathroom. The second room was perfect for the boys, and Jane provided a fully made up cot for the youngest which we really appreciated. The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance of the zoo and ferry terminal nearby. I would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Mosman Bay Loft to others.

We would like to thank you for the best hospitality ever we received from you, during our stay at Mosman Bay Loft. Indeed, staying at Mosman Bay Loft was the best choice we could have chosen! A great comfortable place with all the facilities that make a lovely and cozy loft! Ferry access to Mosman Bay Loft let me commute easily and just by 5 minute walk distance.
Mosman Bay Loft is certainly a place that we vastly recommend to any visitors arriving to Sydney!
Ilka (Melbourne), April 2014
"My partner and I spent two delightful days in Sydney staying in this gorgeous flat. We would have loved to have stayed longer—it is an absolute find. The location was just stunning, with soaring views over Mosman Bay and surrounded by gum trees. It was really peaceful and yet it only took 20 mins to get to the city by ferry.
The flat itself is completely charming: fresh and clean, beautifully decorated with retro / vintage fittings and lovely artwork. Host Jane was so thoughtful. She has clearly given a lot thought about what guests appreciate. We enjoyed sleeping in the quality the bed linen, and the organic toiletries were lovely - thanks Jane.
There are wonderful harbour walks right at the doorstep and Balmoral beach is really close. I honestly could not recommend this place more highly. Having discovered this, we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Sydney."
Nick (London), December 2013
"I was lucky enough to be recommended this apartment by a friend of the lovely owner, Jane. The flat is perfectly located for relaxed city stay. Set on a hill, it has a beautiful view to wake up to; palm trees and blue sky, yes please!
The flat, attached Jane's house, has it's own entrance and is very quiet and private. Beautifully and tastefully decorated with plenty of space, the flat was immaculately clean. There is on street parking seconds from the front door. Jane was respectfully on-hand, but never intrusive, to answer any questions I had about the flat and provide local information.
This rental would be ideal for an individual or a couple. As I discovered, Mosman is a lovely area with great coffee shops and nearby family beaches, well worth exploring! Travel to the city is straightforward; a gorgeous and easy 20 minute ferry ride to Circular Key (right next to the Sydney Opera House) or a short drive.
I loved my stay at Jane's flat, I highly recommend it! I can't wait to come back!"
